Loved that comfort and style of these shoes, unfortunately, wide-width was much too wide and had to send them back. Return shipping to Germany took awhile (via First Class mail) but the vendor was very responsive to inquires and a refund is forthcoming.

what's to say? It's a Birk! Make sure you know your size and understand that this show runs wide! Socks maybe required.

I have had a pair of a particular design of Birkenstock's and love them, they finally wore out, and I found them again after searching for hours. Only at check out I find they are not eligible for free shipping with the other shoes I wanted ! Not only that the shipping on a $60 pair of shoes was $20 !!! I will NOT be buying them. 20% shipping !!!! No way !
